But yaar, builder brochures mein sab kuch sahi lagta hai. My main worry is construction quality. Builder ka track record kaisa hai after possession? Has anyone faced issues like seepage, cracks, ya fittings ka problem within the first year? Honestly, I'm not sure what to look for during site visits to spot these things early. Also, maintenance charges. They quote X amount, but is the service actually worth it? Or just a fancy bill for basic stuff? Not sure if it's value for money long-term.
