10 years of renting, finally pulling the trigger in Gurugram

Dwarka Expressway — finally decided to stop renting after 10 years. Fed up of my landlord, honestly. The EMI vs rent math just makes sense now. I'm looking at St. Patricks Bignonia Towers and Ganpati Builder Heights, budget's around 1.8-2.2 Cr for a 2.5/3 BHK. My biggest concerns are construction quality and delivery. How's the finishing after possession for these? Any hidden cracks or seepage issues? Also, are they actually delivering on time or going silent during delays? Really need some real-world feedback on these two.
