Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Ext. mein dekh raha hoon 3BHK, budget around 2.5 Cr. Builders like DLF, M3M, Godrej, Emaar, Sobha, Signature Global ka naam sun raha hoon. But real construction quality kaisa hai? Brochure mein sab acha dikhta hai, but possession ke baad cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate? Aur delivery timeline ka kya scene hai, on-time dete hain ya bahut delay hota hai? Any actual resident experiences for these builders? End-user perspective se kaun best hai? Not sure which one to trust, yaar.
