Fed up of renting for 10 years, finally taking the plunge in Gurgaon. Okay, I'll say what no one says: are there *any* price-correction zones left, or is everything just inflated? I'm eyeing Sector 58, maybe a Central Park project. Do brokers actually help find genuine spot discounts, or are they just pushing inventory? Change my mind.

I totally agree with your point about brokers. My experience with them has been mostly negative, especially around the Airport Road side. They just keep showing you properties that are over-priced or have some hidden issues. I was looking for a 3BHK near Badshahpur last year, and they tried to push a project with RERA issues. Ended up doing my own research and found a decent deal directly with a builder, but it took months of effort. Don't rely on them for 'spot discounts
Bhai, price correction? Gurgaon mein? Woh bhi Sector 58 jaisi prime location mein? Reality check lelo, sab inflated hi hai. Brokers will only push inventory jisme unka commission zyada ho. Genuine discount toh bhool jao.
Sahi decision hai! 10 saal baad renting se chhutkara, it's a huge step. Gurgaon mein price correction toh mushkil hai, but good luck finding something good.
