Okay, I'll say what no one says: buying a 'completed' project isn't always smooth sailing. Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally looking at Ambika Florence Park. It's completed, price range ₹1.15 Cr–₹3.41 Cr. Everyone glorifies the brochure, but what's the actual possession experience like? Did you find many snags after moving in? Also, what's the real community vibe and maintenance charges? Is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper? Disagree? Tell me why.
