10 years of renting, finally taking the plunge in Hyderabad

Since January I'm shortlisting flats, fed up of renting. Salarpuria Sattva in Kondapur dekha hai. Base price toh theek lagta hai, but all-in cost kitna upar jaata hai? Stamp duty, registration, PLC... yeh sab kitna add karte hain? Real negotiation kitni possible hai?
