My main worry is the kind of snags that pop up after possession – like cracks, seepage, ya fitting issues. How bad do these get, and kitna impact hota hai resale value ya tenant attraction pe? Also, elevators ka kya scene hai? Reliable lifts aur kids' play area ka safe hona kaafi important hai for tenants. Builders post-possession issues ko kaise handle karte hain, ya sab apni jeb se karna padta hai? Trying to do the EMI vs rent math, but long-term maintenance costs are a big unknown. Any insights from existing owners or investors on this?
