₹100 CR Penthouse in Gurgaon - Worth it?

This video on the DLF Magnolias penthouse is wild! 100 CR seems insane, but the owner makes a case for it. The balcony view alone is pretty impressive. He talks about how the community and networking are worth a lot, too. Honestly not sure if I buy that. For that kind of money, wouldn't a bungalow be better? What do you guys think? Is the DLF Magnolias location *that* special?
