₹1.1 crore for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj is tempting, but...
₹1.1 crore for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj on 150 Feet Ring Road sounds great for a growing family, right? Honestly, everyone glorifies Krishna Kunj for families, par koi school admissions ki reality nahi batata. My wife is really worried about our kids getting into a decent school nearby without insane donations or a very long commute. It feels like the good schools are miles away, ya phir competition itna high hai ki forget it. Is it really as family-friendly as people say, considering the school situation? What's the actual community feel like for parents with young kids? Do neighbours interact, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? I'm looking for a place where my children can grow up well, not just a big flat. Change my mind, but right now, I'm thinking the 'family hub' tag is a bit overrated. Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! Exactly my concern. My cousin lives in an adjacent society, and getting her son into a decent school was a nightmare. Either the good ones like Delhi Public or Amrita Vidyalayam are super far, requiring a private bus for an hour, or the local ones demand insane 'donations'. It feels like builders sell the dream of a 'family-friendly' area, but the ground reality for school admissions is totally different. The ₹1.1 Cr price for a 3BHK is attractive, no doubt, but then you add transport costs or donation costs, aur budget out ho jaata hai
