Is tank capacity really enough, or will tenants always rely on tankers? For investors, how does this affect resale value or attracting good tenants? My parents keep saying water is key. Change my mind.

Totally agree with this post! Everyone talks about amenities but nobody discusses the basics. Water supply is a huge concern, especially in Bengaluru. My parents also warned me about this. What's the point of a fancy clubhouse if you're struggling for water daily?
