₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 seems like a big jump from my 2BHK in Sector 78. I'm thinking of upgrading, but new projects ka all-in-cost bahut high lag raha hai. Kya secondary market deals mein better negotiation mil sakti hai? Resale properties mein hidden charges kya kya hote hain, apart from stamp duty? Already home loan chal raha hai, so extra costs se darr lagta hai. Koi experience share karega?
