₹1.2 Cr villa, but parking is a mess
After paying over ₹1.2 Cr for a villa in Shivi Paradise Green Villa 2, I'm genuinely baffled by the parking situation. They showed us these fancy plans for dedicated spots, but now it's basically a free-for-all, or worse, lottery based. We're paying premium for a villa, not a flat, you know? Is this normal for Noida Extension villa projects? I'm currently in a 2BHK and never had this issue. Did anyone else face this bait-and-switch with parking at possession? What did you do?
