₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK on Kalawad Road feels absolutely insane, especially for a project still under construction. Everyone glorifies the 150 Feet Ring Road appreciation, but honestly, I think prices in areas like Krishna Kunj are totally inflated right now. We need a bigger place for the kids, but this market? It's just builders like Balaji Group or Galaxy Group milking the demand. I don't see how these prices are sustainable into 2026. Are we really going to see a price correction soon, especially for these so-called premium segments? My wife and I are worried about committing to an EMI for something that might drop in value. Where has affordable housing gone in Rajkot, yaar? Seems like anything decent is ₹70L+ now. Change my mind.
