I work in real estate, so I know the builder games, but buying for myself is different, right? Been renting for 12 years, thinking of finally buying in Noida. I'm looking at Sector 92, RSG Landdeveloper Pvt Ltd ke projects. Heard mixed reviews, especially about possession delays. Anyone invested there? Is it worth the risk? I'm torn between under-construction for the 'potential' gains vs ready-to-move for peace of mind. EMI vs rent ka hisaab lagana mushkil ho raha hai, honestly. Advertised rental yields kitni sach hai, bhai? What's the real rental income in Noida these days? Should I just stick to renting? Koi advice do, please!
