12 years of renting in Faridabad, aur ab bas ho gaya. Investor perspective se dekh raha hoon, Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla consider kar raha. Rent pay kar kar ke I'm fed up. But construction quality aur long-term maintenance ka tension hai. Sunte hain cracks aur seepage common hai after a year. Is it true for Goyal too? Also, clubhouse aur gym jaise amenities dikhane mein toh achhe lagte hain, but kya log actually use karte hain? Ya just fancy show-off hai? Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hote hain, but service quality kaisi rehti hai? Investor ke liye ROI pe kitna impact aata hai in sab cheezon ka? Kya extra amenities really justify karte hain higher price aur maintenance?
