12 years of renting, finally done with landlord drama. I'm looking at properties near Sarjapur Road, maybe even Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 8. Builder ka track record check karna kitna important hai, especially for legal issues? RERA registration to dekha hai but not sure what else to look for, like title verification. Kya steps hain jo log miss karte hain? Any red flags with Sri Balaji Construction, ya koi aur builder ka experience? Worried about getting stuck with legal hassles later, yaani exit options pe asar padega. RERA complaints kitne effective hain, sach mein?

Yaar, I just did a quick RERA search for 'Sri Balaji Construction'. There are literally no projects listed under that name on the Karnataka RERA portal. Are you absolutely sure about the builder name? This is a massive red flag if they have zero presence or projects. Sobha
Totally understand the renting drama! Been there, done that. But bhai, Sri Balaji Construction? Never heard of them. Be super careful, especially for a first-time buyer like us. This is a huge decision.
