ACE Hive Yamuna Expressway - Worth Investing?

Guys, just saw a video about ACE Group's new launch, ACE Hive, near Yamuna Expressway. Looks like a good mix of retail and studio apartments. Sector 22A mein location bhi sahi lag rahi hai. What do you guys think about investing in this area, especially considering the 2026 possession date? Any insights on ACE Group as a builder?
