Swastik Homes vs Om Centrum: Noida mein kaunsa better?

Guys, I'm confused between Swastik AVS Infra Homes and Om Centrum Heights I in Noida. Both seem good, but I need your advice. Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya kisi ko pata hai metro station se kaunsa zyada paas hai? And what about the amenities? Which project offers better facilities like gym and clubhouse? Price bhi ek factor hai – Om Centrum slightly cheaper hai, but is Swastik worth the extra cost? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone invested in either of these? What's your experience? Which one would you recommend for investment?
