Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida and am considering Swastik AVS Infra Homes and Om Centrum Heights I. Both seem decent, but I'm torn. What do you think about the potential ROI for these projects? Has anyone analyzed the appreciation prospects in that specific Noida sector? • Price Comparison: Om Centrum is slightly cheaper. Is it worth saving a few lakhs, or is Swastik AVS offering better value in the long run?
