Noida mein property dekh raha hoon. Om Centrum Heights I aur Swastik AVS Infra Homes mein confused hoon. Price range almost same hai, but location wise, kya farak hai? Has anyone experienced living near either of these projects? Which location has better connectivity to metro? Amenities wise, kaunsa project better value offer karta hai? Kya kisi ko Swastik Homes ke construction quality ke bare mein pata hai? Om Centrum ka builder reputation kaisa hai? Investment ke liye which one would you recommend? Mujhe advice chahiye.
