Guys, I'm confused between Vihaan Green Heaven and Victory Ace in Noida. Both seem decent, but I need some real opinions. Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya kisi ko pata hai metro station se kaunsa project zyada paas hai? I'm also thinking about resale value down the line. Victory Ace is completed, toh iska resale better hoga kya? What do you think? Price bhi ek factor hai. Vihaan Green Heaven is slightly cheaper. But is Victory Ace worth the extra cost, considering its amenities? Has anyone experienced the amenities in either project?
