ASF Isle de Royale - Good investment hai?

Just saw this video on ASF Isle de Royale in Gurgaon. 1.10 cr mein 2 BHK + Study mil raha hai. Aravali facing apartments bhi hain. Kya lagta hai aap logon ko, is price point pe, is it a good investment option? Any thoughts on ATS as a builder bhi would be helpful!
