Eldeco Aamantran vs Paras Tierea: Which is a better deal?

I'm considering investing in Noida and have shortlisted Eldeco Aamantran and Paras Tierea. Both are completed projects, so no possession worries, right? What's your take on the construction quality of each? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Also, location-wise, which one has better connectivity to the metro and other key areas in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye, especially on resale value. Which one do you think has better appreciation potential? And what about amenities? Are the maintenance charges reasonable in both? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Not sure which one to pick. Any suggestions?
