Hey guys, I'm considering buying property in Noida. What do you think about Paras Tierea and Unitech Unihomes 2? Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? I'm also confused about the resale value. Which one offers better ROI in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders? Which one would you recommend?
