Hey guys, I'm considering Gulshan Botnia. What do you think about Gulshan Homz's reputation? Has anyone experienced their after-sales service? I'm looking for good ROI. Is it worth investing in Gulshan projects now? Which one is better for long-term appreciation? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
