Gulshan Homz vs. Other Builders in Noida?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about Gulshan Homz? Has anyone bought in Gulshan Botnia? How's their construction quality compared to others in the same price range? Also, kisi ko pata hai unka delivery record kaisa hai? I've heard mixed reviews. Which one would you recommend for better ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye. Their RERA compliance is good, right?
