ACE Parkway vs Divine Lotus Greens: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm considering buying a ready-to-move flat in Noida. I've shortlisted ACE Parkway and Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens. ACE Parkway is pricier, but what about construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues? Also, Divine Lotus Greens seems more affordable, but is the ROI good? Which one is better for investment, considering rental potential and resale value? What do you think?
