Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida. Gulshan Homz ka track record kaisa hai? Specifically, Gulshan Botnia mein investment karna safe rahega? What about their construction quality? Delay toh nahi karte projects mein? I've heard mixed reviews about their customer service. Has anyone experienced issues? Which one is better for ROI? Any suggestions? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
