1.5 Cr budget for 3BHK, but negotiation feels impossible

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Madhapur is my budget, but Salarpuria Sattva isn't budging much. I'm trying to figure out if builder negotiation is even real here in Hyderabad. What's a realistic percentage off the quoted price one can expect? Or is it more about getting free parking or waiving PLC? The final cost with stamp duty and registration feels huge. Should I push harder, or are these builders typically firm?
