₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in BTM Layout — broker bol raha hai ki best deal hai, but I'm skeptical. My wife wants a safe place for the kids, school bhi paas ho, so we need at least a 3BHK now. We visited a Keya Homes project. The broker is pushing hard for a 'spot discount' agar abhi book karein. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's a genuine offer or just high-pressure sales. Pura all-in cost ka breakdown bhi clear nahi bata raha. Last time, registration and PLC ne budget hila diya tha. Has anyone here dealt with brokers near BTM Layout for Keya Homes? Did you manage to negotiate directly with the builder? How much discount is actually possible, like 5% or 10%? Should I trust the broker or try to connect with the builder directly for a better deal?
