₹2.5 crore budget feels like peanuts for what I'm seeing these days. I've been in real estate for 15 years, seen it all, but buying my own 3BHK at Shiv N Sai Luxury Homes is a whole different ballgame. The brochures always show these amazing clubhouses and kids' play areas, but often they're just ghost facilities or half-baked. I'm wondering about Shiv N Sai specifically.
