15 years in Delhi, finally upgrading for the kids

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Dwarka is what we're looking at, trying to upgrade for the kids. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood and a good school nearby. We're seriously considering Sai Properties' Kasturi Homes. Anyone living there, how's the construction quality really? Any plaster cracks or seepage after a few years? Also, what's the word-of-mouth reputation among residents, especially for families? Are the post-possession maintenance charges reasonable?
