₹62 lakh for a 2BHK at Muskaan Apartment, Delhi, sounds okay on paper, but I'm looking for an honest reality check. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas dikhane ka hai? Society ki amenities — gym, park, clubhouse — are they actually well-maintained and usable, or just there for brochure photos? Aur neighbourhood, schools, hospitals, markets... how close hain woh really? Kya kisi ko actual experience hai yahan rehne ka?

Yaar, I visited a similar age society in Anand Vihar last month. On paper, great location, price okay. But andar se itna renovation maang raha tha. Kitchen, bathrooms, wiring... itna kharcha aata hai ki naya flat hi sasta pad jaata hai ultimately. Muskaan Apartment ka bhi yahi haal hoga kya? Just asking from personal experience.
Plus, society funds for maintenance are usually an issue in such old buildings. They collect money but often don't do major repairs for big things like plumbing lines or roof. So you end up paying for common area upkeep AND your own flat's renovation. Better to be very careful. Aapne
Exactly! Older properties are money pits sometimes. My friend also had a similar experience.
Sahi kaha aapne! My uncle bought an old flat near Alaknanda, thought it was a steal. End mein renovation cost went through the roof. Builders often don't disclose these hidden costs properly.
Totally agree. 1999 possession date is a big concern. Amenities toh chhodo, structural integrity aur wiring ka kya scene hoga? Ye sab dekhna padega pehle.
₹62 lakh for a 1999 property? Bhai, that's nearly 25 years old! Maintenance, plumbing, electrical... sab ka kya haal hoga? The age itself is a huge red flag for a first-time buyer like me. Bohot darr lagta hai hidden costs se.
