Maine bhi ek baar UC project mein invest kiya tha, 2 saal delay ho gaya. Rent bhi bhara aur EMI bhi. Total outflow toh double ho gaya. Paras The Manor ka RERA date 2028 hai, but given the market, I'd be wary. Ashley Estate ki quality check karlo bas.
