Bhai, congratulations! 15 saal rent dena is a long time. I totally get the frustration with 65k for a 2BHK, it's insane. Green Valley Builders in Seelampur, hmm. I'm also a first-time buyer and super confused about these pre-launch offers. They always sound too good to be true. My neighbour got burned by a 'pre-launch' deal near Alaknanda last year, ended up paying for a huge super area that was mostly common space. Have you checked their RERA status properly?
