New Gurugram – this area keeps popping up in my searches. I've been looking at 2BHKs, around ₹70-80L budget, trying to find something decent for my first home. Honestly, jab se I started looking, like 1.5 years back, prices seem to have jumped quite a bit. Pehle jo ₹65L mein mil raha tha, ab wohi similar flats ₹75-80L bol rahe hain. Builders bhi kaafi confident lag rahe hain, like Godrej and Emaar projects I've seen there, prices have really moved up. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I jump in now ya wait for a correction? Is this appreciation real ya bubble hai? Kya lagta hai, is it still a good investment for a first-time buyer like me, or should I hold off? Any ground reality checks from people who bought recently?
