Mota Mava – I just bought here last month, a 3BHK for ₹78L. Everyone glorifies 150 Feet Ring Road for appreciation, but honestly, I think those prices are already maxed out for investor ROI. The real value for price correction is still in areas like Nana Mava, getting a 2BHK for way less. Change my mind.
