Godrej Majesty Noida - Worth the hype?

Guys, just saw this walkthrough video of a 4 BHK in Godrej Majesty, Sector 12 Noida. Looks pretty awesome, but 2600 sqft is HUGE! Kya aap logon ko lagta hai itna space useful hai? Anyone else considering this project? What's your take on Godrej's construction quality these days in Noida Extension? Looking for feedback!
