Godrej Connaught One: Legit or Overhyped?

Hey everyone, saw that Invest Mango video on Godrej Connaught One in Delhi. Looks pretty swanky! Anyone have actual experience with Godrej properties in Delhi? Are they worth the premium in Connaught Place? What's your take on the location vs. the price? Looking for some real opinions before I dive deeper. Thanks!
