ATS Rhapsody: Worth the hype in Noida?

Hey everyone, wanted to share this video walkthrough of ATS Rhapsody in Greater Noida West. I'm kinda considering it, but the 4BHK seems pricey. Has anyone here invested in an ATS project before? What's your take on the location? Looking for some honest feedback!
