Noida Projects: Experion - Yay or Nay?

Hey everyone, has anyone checked out that Predicted Realtors video on upcoming Noida projects? They mentioned Experion quite a bit. I'm vaguely familiar with them, but not with their Noida stuff. Thinking about investing there. What's your take on Experion in Noida? Worth looking into Tata Eureka Park specifically? Any thoughts appreciated!
