RG Luxury Homes vs. Marshal Green View: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm confused between RG Luxury Homes and Marshal Green View Apartment in Noida. RG Luxury Homes is ready to move, but thoda expensive hai. Marshal Green View is comparatively cheaper. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Kya kisi ne RG Luxury Homes mein invest kiya hai? Is it worth the higher price? Also, location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding the ROI. Which one has better resale value in the long run? Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? What's your take?
