ATS Knightsbridge vs. Prestige Bougainvillea: Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused between ATS Knightsbridge and Prestige Bougainvillea Gardens in Noida. Knightsbridge is ultra-luxury, but is it worth the price? Bougainvillea Gardens seems more established. What do you think about the location of each? Knightsbridge is near the expressway, but is that area too noisy? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? I'm looking for long-term investment. Which one has better ROI potential in Noida, according to you guys? Has anyone experienced dealing with either builder? Mujhe advice chahiye on which one to choose. I'm leaning towards Knightsbridge, but the price is making me think twice. What's your take?
