Prestige vs. Capital Green: Which Noida project is better?

Hey guys, I'm confused between Prestige Bougainvillea Gardens and Capital Green Avenue 74 in Noida. Capital Green is ready-to-move, which is a plus. But what about construction quality compared to Prestige? Kya kisi ko experience hai? Also, location-wise, which one is better connected to the metro? Investment potential kiska zyada hai, in terms of ROI? What do you think about the amenities offered by both? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
