ATS Knightsbridge: Worth the hype in Noida?

Hey everyone, came across this older video on ATS Knightsbridge in Noida. It looks pretty swanky, but the video's from 2018. Has anyone here actually visited or, better yet, live there? What's your take on ATS as a builder? Is it worth the super-luxury price tag? Looking for feedback!
