ACE Terra Update - Worth investing in Yamuna Expressway?

Hey everyone, has anyone seen the latest construction update video for ACE Terra? Looks pretty good, but I'm a bit unsure about the Yamuna Expressway location. Is it a good investment long term? What's your take on ACE Group as a builder? Any thoughts are appreciated!
