ACE Verde: Worth investing near Jewar Airport?

Hey all, Has anyone checked out the ACE Verde project by ACE Group in Noida? I saw this video review and the location seems promising, especially with the airport coming up. But 2029 possession seems far. What's your take on the ROI for Yamuna Expressway projects? Is it worth the wait, or are there better options around?
