Sobha Aurum vs Prestige City: Which is better?

Hey everyone! Found this video comparing Sobha Aurum in Greater Noida with Prestige City Indirapuram. I'm seriously considering Sobha Aurum. What's your take on Sobha Limited as a builder? Any thoughts on the location in Sector 36? Has anyone here invested in either project? Looking for feedback!
