ATS Greens: Anyone have experience with them?

Has anyone seen this old ATS Greens video? I'm looking into properties in Noida and Gurgaon, and ATS Green Paradiso seems interesting. It's an older video, so I'm wondering if anyone has any current insights on the builder, ATS Infrastructure, or this project specifically? What's your take on them?
