1.5BHK in a 2BHK's disguise? Ansal Aastha
Since last year we've been hunting for a bigger flat in Rajkot, especially Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Everyone glorifies this project for its price point, but honestly, is it genuinely good for a family? I'm looking at their 2BHKs and the carpet area feels so small. Matlab, kids ke liye play space kahan hai? It feels like they've cut corners on actual usable space, just to keep the price low. My wife's main priority is safety and a good community feel, plus nearby schools. Not sure if these amenities are actually functional ya bas dikhawe ke liye hain after OC. I think people are just falling for the brand name and not looking at the actual livable area. It's completed, but is it *really* a good home for a growing family, or just good on paper? Disagree? Tell me why.
